The founder, was a vegetarian for most of her life. Although she did not eat eggs, she did consume dairy until one eye opening day when she watched a documentary about the life of dairy cows. She slowly gave up dairy products, leaving chocolate (her favourite treat) for last. Since it was so difficult for her to give up, she decided to create a chocolate that she could eat. And so NobleField was born (in June 2019).

It has been a process of a lot of learning, a lot of tasting and experimenting but eventually we have a dairy free range that even non vegans love!
