- 100 grams granulated sugar 1/2 cup
- 110 grams brown sugar packed (1/2 cup)
- 60 grams unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup
- 5 mL vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- 240 grams all-purpose flour 2 cups
- 5 grams baking soda 1 teaspoon
- 2.5 grams baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 2.5 grams salt 1/2 teaspoon
